Description

Key Responsibilities:


  1. Provide remote technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues related to Office 365, Azure Directory, and Microsoft Defender.
  2. Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings within Azure Directory.
  3. Monitor and resolve IT support tickets efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime.
  4. Assist in implementing security policies using Microsoft Defender.
  5. Provide support for Office applications and Office 365 administration.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  7. Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference.
