Key Responsibilities – Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer

1. Design, develop, and deploy integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including App-Driven, Basic, Scheduled, and Insight integrations.
2. Build and maintain REST and SOAP integrations between Oracle SaaS (ERP, HCM, SCM) and third-party/on-premise systems.
3. Configure and manage OIC adapters such as ERP Cloud Adapter, REST Adapter, FTP Adapter, ServiceNow, and Oracle Service Bus (where applicable).
4. Perform data mapping and transformation using OIC Mapper, including complex XSLT and conditional logic.
5. Implement error handling, fault policies, tracking fields, and activity stream logging for reliable integrations.
6. Manage lookups, packages, and integration versioning across environments (DEV, TEST, UAT, PROD).
7. Secure integrations using OAuth2, Basic Auth, Certificates, and OCI Vault / OCI IAM as required.
8. Integrate OIC with OCI services such as Autonomous Database, Object Storage, Streaming, and OCI Functions (when needed).
9. Monitor and troubleshoot integrations using OIC Insight, Activity Stream, and BIP reports.
10. Support cutover, go-live, and post-production support, including performance tuning and root-cause analysis.
11. Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
12. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including integration design specs, mappings, and operational runbooks.
