Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and customize solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE / F&O as applicable)
2. Develop plugins, workflows, custom APIs, and extensions using C# and .NET
3. Create and manage Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
4. Implement integrations between D365 and external systems using APIs, Azure services, and middleware
5. Customize forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and security roles
6. Perform data migration using tools such as Data Import Wizard, KingswaySoft, or Azure Data Factory
7. Write and maintain technical design documents and solution architecture
8. Support deployments, upgrades, and production issues
9. Ensure best practices around performance, security, and scalability
10. Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions
