We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to optimize business processes across sales, customer service, finance, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (CRM and/or ERP: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.)
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
3. Design and customize Dynamics 365 workflows, business process flows, entities, dashboards, and reports.
4. Integrate Dynamics 365 with other Microsoft and third-party systems.
5. Provide user training and ongoing support to ensure adoption and optimal usage.
6. Participate in data migration planning and execution.
7. Ensure best practices in configuration, development, and deployment.
8. Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
9. Stay updated with new features and updates from Microsoft Dynamics platform.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience (3+ years) working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and/or ERP).
3. Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.
4. Strong understanding of business processes in sales, marketing, finance, or operations.
5. Experience in customization using JavaScript, plugins, workflows, and APIs.
6. Microsoft Dynamics certifications are a strong plus.
7. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
