Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements and map them to
D365 F&O modules
Configure and customize Finance & Operations modules such as
GL, AP, AR, FA, Budgeting, Procurement, Inventory
Support end-to-end implementation, upgrades, and enhancements
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and customizations
Perform functional testing, UAT support, and issue resolution
Prepare functional documents, SOPs, and user training materials
Provide post go-live support and continuous improvements
