**About the Role** We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Finance technical expert to join our team and support a prominent client based in Singapore remotely from India. The primary focus of this role is to leverage your expertise in BIRT Reporting and Workday Integrations to enhance and optimize financial processes. This is a critical function aimed at driving seamless reporting and integration solutions for our client's complex financial operations. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead the development and optimization of BIRT reports for financial processes. - Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues to ensure data accuracy and system reliability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored Workday financial solutions. - Implement best practices for integration development and maintenance. - Conduct user trainings and provide technical support to ensure efficient use of Workday tools. - Analyze financial data and generate insightful reports to facilitate strategic decision-making. - Monitor and maintain Workday integration systems to optimize performance. **Must-Have Qualifications** - 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Workday Finance, with a focus on BIRT Reporting. - Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing Workday Integrations. - Proven experience using EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio for integration purposes. - Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with a diverse team. - Availability to work in the Singapore Time Zone. - Right to work remotely in India. **Nice-to-Have** - Previous experience supporting clients based in Singapore or similar markets. - Certification in Workday Finance or related modules. - Familiarity with other financial software integration tools. - Experience in conducting training sessions for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
