This role is crucial to supporting and maintaining the firm's Windows server and endpoint infrastructure, with a specialized focus on patch management, endpoint administration, and infrastructure remediation through Microsoft Intune. The ideal candidate will work on-site in Noida, India, collaborating closely with infrastructure and security teams to ensure robust and secure IT operations. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage and maintain the Windows server and endpoint infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security. - Execute Windows patch management and security updates using Microsoft Intune to maintain system integrity. - Support and configure Windows endpoints, perform administration, and address troubleshooting needs effectively. - Identify and remediate infrastructure-related issues and vulnerabilities as part of continuous improvement efforts. - Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to support and enhance IT infrastructure services. - Monitor system performance, perform regular audits, and generate detailed documentation of infrastructure configurations and processes. - Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and peers on infrastructure best practices. - Stay ahead of industry trends to recommend and implement enhancements maintaining technology leadership. **Must-Have Qualifications** - Minimum 5 years of experience in Windows Server and endpoint administration. - Proven expertise in Microsoft Intune for comprehensive endpoint management and patch deployment. - Strong capabilities in conducting Windows patch management and troubleshooting. - Adept at diagnosing and resolving infrastructure issues, demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills. - Comprehensive experience in a technology firm or similar industry. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Full working rights in India and ability to work on-site in Noida. **Nice-to-Have** - Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and networking-related infrastructure troubleshooting. - Familiarity with Microsoft Defender and endpoint security applications. - Basic support experience with Mac endpoints.
