The two I flagged earlier as still open, from the eb0cb3f2 review:

1. Attachment preview opens the wrong item (timesheet-card.tsx / timesheet-detail-drawer.tsx) — when a card has a description but no attachments, clicking it passes an empty string as the "attachment to view." The drawer tries to match that empty string against its evidence lines, fails, and defaults to showing line 0 — i.e. it can open the comparison view on the wrong task/message instead of the one you actually clicked.
2. Pagination offset drift after approving (pending-approval/page.tsx) — after approving cards during infinite scroll, the local "next offset" counter is decremented based on how many cards got removed client-side, but that doesn't necessarily match the backend's real pagination cursor. Over several approvals mid-scroll it can drift, causing rows to be re-fetched or skipped on the next page load.
