Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide remote technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues related to Office 365, Azure Directory, and Microsoft Defender.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings within Azure Directory.
  • Monitor and resolve IT support tickets efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Assist in implementing security policies using Microsoft Defender.
  • Provide support for Office applications and Office 365 administration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference.
