Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in MQ Server, CFT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust financial applications that support FX trading and settlement processes. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React/Angular, and RESTful APIs. Integrate and manage IBM MQ and CFT for secure and reliable message and file transfers. Collaborate with business analysts and FX domain experts to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Implement and maintain secure, high-performance backend services for FX trading and settlement systems. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal security standards. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD). Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, and REST APIs. Frontend experience with ReactJS, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Hands-on experience with IBM MQ, CFT, and secure file transfer protocols. Solid understanding of FX trading, settlement workflows, and financial messaging standards (e.g., SWIFT, FIX). Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Familiarity with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Docker, Git, and Kubernetes. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Exposure to Kafka, Microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
