**About the Role** We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle EBS Finance Lead to join our team on an ongoing basis as we enhance our finance operations. This role involves overseeing the transformation of our financial systems using Oracle EBS, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. The successful candidate will be instrumental in leading our finance technology projects and strategies, providing expert insights and direction. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead the implementation and enhancement of Oracle EBS financial modules to support business needs. - Oversee financial system integration, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and deliver solutions. - Provide technical and strategic leadership for Oracle EBS finance projects. - Ensure compliance and best practices in all financial operations. - Manage stakeholder communications and foster an inclusive decision-making process. - Analyze complex business requirements and transform them into Oracle EBS solutions. - Train and mentor finance team members on new features and systems. **Must-Have Qualifications** - Minimum of 8 years of experience with Oracle EBS in finance implementations. - Demonstrated full-cycle Oracle EBS system implementation and upgrade experience. - Strong financial management and business analysis skills. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Ability to work remotely and manage projects independently. - Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. **Nice-to-Have** - Oracle EBS certification. - Experience in a consultancy role within a leading tech firm. - Advanced SQL and database management skills. - Familiarity with the latest Oracle EBS cloud solutions.
