**About the Role** We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance Lead to lead and support Oracle EBS Financials implementations, enhancements, upgrades, rollouts, and production support engagements. The ideal candidate will have 8–15 years of experience in Oracle EBS Financials, strong functional expertise across core Finance modules, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, finance leadership, technical teams, and delivery teams. A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with hands-on Oracle EBS experience will be strongly preferred. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead Oracle EBS Financials functional workstreams across implementation, rollout, enhancement, upgrade, migration, and support projects. - Act as the Finance functional SME and primary point of contact for business stakeholders. - Own functional requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, issue resolution, and deployment activities. - Translate business and finance requirements into scalable Oracle EBS solutions. - Provide functional leadership to consultants and junior team members. - Review functional deliverables and ensure adherence to project and quality standards. **Must-Have Qualifications** - 8-15 years of experience in Oracle EBS Financials. - Strong functional expertise in one or more of the following: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Financial Accounting, Tax/GST, Intercompany Accounting, Bank Reconciliation, Period Close/Year-End Close, Financial Reporting. - Experience with Oracle EBS R12 is strongly preferred. - Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with Oracle EBS experience. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. **Nice-to-Have** - Experience leading Oracle EBS Financials implementations in diverse industries. - Advanced Oracle EBS certifications. - Practical experience with Oracle EBS upgrades and migrations. - Experience working in a multinational environment.
