Required Knowledge and Experience: • Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in testing Salesforce applications. • Experience with creating automation test scripts using Selenium, Agile/Scrum, DevOps. • Utilize Salesforce testing tools such as Salesforce Inspector, Data Loader, and Workbench for testing and data management. • Develop, document, and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and test scripts for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and eCommerce Cloud. • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure the stability and quality of the solutions. • Identify, log, and track defects, and work closely with the development team to resolve issues. • Ensure that all Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations meet the specified requirements and quality standards. • Verify data integrity and perform data validation testing across various Salesforce Clouds. • Conduct end-to-end testing Salesforce processes and workflows, including custom Apex and Visualforce components. • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into test scenarios. • Provide regular updates on testing progress, issues, and risks to project stakeholders. • Participate in Agile/Scrum activities, including daily stand-ups, spring planning, grooming, and retrospectives. • Salesforce Administration certification is plus. - IBMFG2JP00002851
