Detailed Job Description Position We’re looking for a ServiceMax QA/Test Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of the upgraded ServiceMax 24.2 platform. In this mission-critical role, the candidate will be the go-to expert for testing new features, safeguarding legacy customizations, and verifying seamless integrations with SAP ERP and mobile apps. His/her work will keep our global life-sciences field teams running on a stable, compliant, and high-performing system. Role In this role, the candidate will lead the charge in ensuring the quality and reliability of our ServiceMax 24.2 platform. From safeguarding legacy customizations with thorough regression tests to validating new features and integrations with SAP ERP. He/she will make sure everything runs seamlessly. He/she will also take ownership of testing the ServiceMax Go mobile app on iOS/iPad, ensuring field technicians have a smooth online and offline experience. Working closely with developers, architects, and mobile experts, you’ll play a key role in shaping a stable, compliant, and innovative platform that empowers our global field teams.
