**About the Role** We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in SAP Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) to lead a key transformation project within our organization. This role will focus on managing the enhancements and maintenance of SAP applications to align with strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will guide the project team through successful delivery, ensuring milestone targets are achieved within scope, time, and budget. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of SAP ADM projects, ensuring alignment with business goals. - Manage project scope, timeline, and budget while ensuring high-quality deliverables. - Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, including project teams, executives, and external partners. - Oversee risk management processes, identifying and mitigating potential issues before they impact project timelines. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes and efficiencies within SAP environments. - Ensure adherence to industry best practices and compliance requirements in all project activities. - Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment. **Must-Have Qualifications** - A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years specializing in SAP ADM. - Proven track record managing large-scale SAP projects end-to-end. - Strong background in stakeholder management and communication within a SAP environment. - Experience with Agile methodologies and managing projects in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment. - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive cross-functional teams. - Right to work in the United States without sponsorship. **Nice-to-Have** - SAP certification (e.g., SAP Activate Project Manager) is highly desirable. - Experience in the manufacturing or technology sectors is an advantage. - Prior involvement in digital transformation initiatives involving SAP technologies.
