Key Responsibilities:- (FG2JP00035775)

1. Lead end-to-end SAP ADM projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
2. Manage SAP application development, maintenance, enhancement, and production support activities.
3. Coordinate with SAP functional and technical teams across modules such as SAP S/4HANA, ABAP, FICO, MM, SD, BW, Basis, and BTP.
4. Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
5. Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
6. Coordinate with business stakeholders, clients, vendors, and internal teams.
7. Monitor project progress against scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
8. Conduct regular status meetings and provide project dashboards/reports to leadership.
9. Ensure adherence to SAP implementation, support, ITIL, and organizational processes.
10. Manage resource allocation, utilization, performance, and capacity planning.
11. Drive continuous improvement and automation across SAP support and development processes.
12. Ensure SLA/KPI adherence for application support and maintenance activities.
