Monitor and resolve day-to-day production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions. Ppply necessary patches, tax updates, and bundles, and support system enhancements and integrations using tools like Integration Broker.
Work closely with business users to address queries, gather requirements, and provide system improvements. Maintain technical documentation, ensure data accuracy, and help keep the application environment aligned with compliance standards and business needs.
Operate within US time zones, and remain flexible to provide after-hours or on-call support when needed. Role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with client teams.
