Description

Role Description:


  • As a PeopleSoft Support Consultant, you provide ongoing support and maintenance for the PeopleSoft environment of an Australia-based university. This role involves managing both functional and technical aspects of the system, primarily focused on modules such as Campus Solutions, HCM, and Financials, which are critical to the university's academic and administrative operations.
  • You handle day-to-day production support, resolve user issues, and ensure the system remains stable and compliant with higher education standards in Australia. Your responsibilities include applying patches, managing updates (including regulatory changes), supporting integrations with student portals and third-party systems, and assisting end-users with queries and enhancements.
  • You work closely with the university's IT and academic support teams to deliver efficient solutions, improve system performance, and enhance user experience. You also maintain detailed documentation and play a key role in supporting semester rollovers, enrollment processes, academic records, and reporting needs.
  • Operating in Australian time zones, you ensure that all issues are addressed promptly and that the system aligns with the evolving needs of a modern educational institution.
