Key Responsibilities

1. Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of PeopleSoft Global Payroll modules (Core Payroll, Absence Management, Time & Labor).
2. Handle country-specific payroll rules, elements, accumulators, earnings, and deductions.
3. Develop and maintain PS queries, SQRs, and Application Engine programs.
4. Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate payroll accounting, posting, and reconciliation.
5. Provide post-implementation support, defect resolution, and change request management.
6. Support retro-pay, off-cycle, and year-end processing across multiple regions.
7. Collaborate with client stakeholders for functional and technical documentation, UAT, and knowledge transfer.
