Overview

We are seeking experienced consultants with expertise in Infor or Epicor Manufacturing ERP systems to support our team in the creation of a Request for Proposal (RFP). This is a part-time consulting assignment ideal for professionals with strong domain and solution knowledge who can guide RFP structuring, requirement articulation, and vendor evaluation criteria.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze business needs specific to manufacturing processes.
2. Provide domain and product expertise in Infor or Epicor Manufacturing ERP to shape the RFP scope.
3. Assist in drafting functional and technical requirements for ERP implementation.
4. Define vendor evaluation parameters and scoring frameworks aligned to best practices.
5. Review and validate RFP content to ensure completeness, accuracy, and clarity.
6. Offer insights on implementation approaches, licensing models, and cost structures relevant to Infor/Epicor.
7. Support ad-hoc consultations during the RFP drafting and vendor shortlisting phases.

Required Skills & Experience

1. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Infor Manufacturing or Epicor ERP.
2. Proven track record in ERP consulting, presales, or solution design.
3. Experience in RFP creation, proposal review, or vendor selection processes.
4. Strong understanding of manufacturing industry processes, including production planning, supply chain, inventory, and shop floor control.
5. Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
6. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
