RTH - Y Sector - PUB We are currently seeking a Senior Consultant to work on the Functional consulting team within Oracle NetSuite Services. This position requires heavy interaction with customers, NetSuite implementation teams, and NetSuite partners. This individual will be a part of the team that assists customers with implementing NetSuite. Responsibilities include: • Gather and document customer business requirements. • Work with customers to configure NetSuite software to support customer business requirements. • Architect solutions for complex business requirements which may include complex configurations and/or complex technical components. • Define detailed functional requirements for automations and integrations to NetSuite. • Work with technical teams to design and test automations and integrations. • Perform quality reviews of deliverables developed by other team members. • Collaborate and communicate with Project Managers and colleagues to facilitate on time and on budget project delivery. • Achieve or exceed billable utilization targets. • Continue to increase product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications. • Plays a leading role in COE initiatives. • Support the sales cycle through solution review and feedback, and assistance with scoping and estimation. Preferred Qualifications/Skills include: • Thorough knowledge of NetSuite application functionality and processes. • Ability to translate complex problems into viable solutions. • Experience with defining requirements for mid to complex customizations and integrations. • Ability to manage scope and expectations with the customer. • Strong communication skills • Strong presentation skills • Team-oriented, yet able to work independently. • Ability to work within project teams and collaborate cross-departmentally. • Ability to communicate effectively with functional and technical resources. • Ability to guide customer based on leading practices. • Ability to manage multiple projects. • CA, ICWA certified or Bachelor’s/Master’s , preferably in Accounting or Management Information Systems • Master’s degree or post graduate coursework preferred. • NetSuite product certification a plus - IBMFG2JP00003338
