Sector : Public RTH- Y· 7 plus years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud · Experience in HCM Cloud Support projects is preferable. · Strong knowledge in Oracle HCM – OTL and Absence is required. · Additional exposure to Core HR module is highly preferred. · Excellent Functional knowledge in Cloud HCM (OTL, Absence & Core HR). · Demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem solving/debugging skills · Experience in managing client relationships. · 4-year bachelor’s degree in a business-oriented, technical discipline or related experience preferred. · Current Oracle Cloud Certification in Payroll, ABM, OTL and/or other HCM Cloud modules ideal. · Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Tools such as HCM Extracts and HDL (highly preferred) · Cross functional knowledge in other Oracle HCM modules (ORC, Time & Labor, Payroll); highly preferred · Strong communication and interpersonal skills · Solid analytical and problem-solving skills · Public Sector (K12 Educational Sector, Federal/State/Local) experience highly preferred.
