Description
RTH - Y Total Exp - 5+ Yrs Relevant Exp 3-6 Yrs Mandatory - Avature CRM experience. Good to have - GreenHouse / Workday HCM skills. Detailed JD: Key Responsibilities: • Experience with Avature ATS and CRM solutions. • Gather and analyse business requirements to configure Avature workflows, forms, dashboards, and reports. • Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams to design and optimize recruitment and talent management processes. • Provide expert guidance on Avature best practices,system enhancements, and process improvements. • Manage system integrations between Avature and other HR systems (HRIS, payroll, background checks, etc.). • Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to support system adoption. • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with HR policies and industry regulations. • Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features. Mandatory Skills: • Strong experience with Avature ATS and CRM Support / implementation. • Expertise in configuring Avature workflows, dashboards, forms, and reports. • Understanding of HR and talent acquisition processes. • Experience in system integrations using Avature API and third-party tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Work Shift - B shift (2 – 11 pm) Location - Bangalore/Any India. Note - Resource needs to ready for F2F Intv at IBM location based on account request and Day 1 reporting from DOJ. - U2XBLG
