**About the Role** We are seeking a skilled Package Consultant specializing in SuccessFactors Time Management to join our team in Bangalore. This role will focus on providing exceptional consultancy and support in Workforce Time and Attendance software to enhance our client's human resource functions. You will play a key role in implementing and optimizing Workforce Software solutions with a focus on development and support. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead the configuration and implementation of SuccessFactors Workforce Time and Attendance solutions. - Develop and execute strategies for integrating Workforce Software with existing systems. - Support clients in maximizing the use of Workforce Software Reports for operational efficiencies. - Collaborate with internal teams to tailor workforce solutions to client needs. - Evaluate and improve current HR processes through innovative time management solutions. - Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented systems. - Conduct workshops and training sessions for client teams on new software functionalities. **Must-Have Qualifications** - Minimum of 5 years experience in SuccessFactors Time Management and Workforce Software. - Strong certification credentials in Workforce Time and Attendance Configuration, Workforce Software Integration, and Reports. - Solid experience in full-cycle Workforce Package consultancy and software development. - Excellent communication skills with a proven track record in stakeholder engagement. - Must be available to work on-site in Bangalore and participate in face-to-face interviews. **Nice-to-Have** - Prior experience in industrial sector software implementations. - Proven ability in client relationship management. - Experience with cross-functional team leadership.
