Hands-on experience with Provisioning access, SSO, and Identity Management integration. Knowledge of data privacy, GDPR, and compliance controls in SAP SuccessFactors. Ability to design, implement, and govern security strategy and access controls across modules in SuccessFactors. SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP SuccessFactors (primarily Employee Central) with security exposure.
