RTH - Y Location : Only Bangalore Total Yrs of Exp : 7+ Yrs Relv Yrs of Exp: 7+ Yrs Job Description : Need Senior skilled SAP WMS practitioners All the below requirement are related to SAP WMS skill and any related applications (KT will be provided for the other applications) - Working on user and monitoring incidents, requests - Managing and testing changes/enhancements for the relevant markets, for the daily/weekly/monthly windows - Working directly with user and the market SPOCs - Trouble shooting and root cause analysis of issues encountered including for incidents and bugs - Coordinate with other IT teams, users and markets - Providing information to leadership as and when requested - Help in any testing relevant to projects, upgrades (running scripts and/or manual) - Create knowledge articles for the users on the issues resolved - Be prepared to support outside normal shift (for which necessary time off would be provided). Note - Resource need to ready for F2F Intv at IBM location and Day 1 reporting from DOJ.
