Continuously enhance MDG system performance and scalability to meet evolving business needs. Act as a subject matter expert in data governance, offering guidance and mentorship to team members. Maintain a strong understanding of client’s business processes and their relationship to master data across domains. Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels to ensure successful MDG adoption and utilization. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or related field. Proven experience with SAP MDG or similar Master Data Governance platforms across multiple domains. Strong understanding of data governance principles, data modeling, and workflow design. Experience in managing master data for Customer, Supplier, Material, and Finance in large-scale enterprise environments. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Familiarity with data security and compliance standards. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: SAP MDG certification or equivalent. Experience in technology or consulting industry. Knowledge of integration tools and middleware (e.g., SAP PI/PO, APIs). Experience with data quality tools and methodologies.
