Total Yrs of Exp - 5+ Yrs Relv Yrs of Exp - 5+ Yrs Detailed JD:Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Adobe AEM 6.x (Sites, Assets) and understanding of JCR, Sling, OSGi, HTL (Sightly), and Apache Felix Console Proficiency in Java, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and client-side frameworks (React/Angular – desirable) Experience with dispatcher configuration, cache management, and AEM security models Familiarity with Adobe I/O, AEM Forms, or other Adobe Experience Cloud tools is a plus Experience with DevOps, CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Adobe Cloud Manager) Working knowledge of log management tools (e.g., Splunk, Kibana), monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Dynatrace) Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and AEM as a Cloud Service is desirable  Provide technical support for AEM authoring, publishing, and dispatcher environments. Investigate and resolve incidents related to AEM Sites, Assets, workflows, replication, and user access. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with AEM components, templates, and OSGi configurations. Support deployment activities and validate post-deployment functionality. Monitor system health, logs, and alerts to ensure platform stability. Handle user management, permissions, and access-related requests. Escalate complex issues to L3/Engineering teams with detailed analysis. Document root cause analysis (RCA), troubleshooting steps, and knowledge base articles. Design, develop, and maintain custom AEM components, templates, and workflows using Sling, OSGi, and JCR APIs. Develop and support RESTful APIs, integrations with third-party systems, and Adobe Marketing Cloud services. Perform AEM upgrades, patching, dispatcher configurations, and performance tuning. Implement solutions using Adobe AEM 6.x, including migration to AEM as a Cloud Service where applicable. Participate in code reviews, performance optimization, and secure coding practices. Collaborate with UI/UX teams, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
