**About the Role** Join our dynamic and rapidly expanding technical team, specializing in cutting-edge networking technologies. We are at the forefront of enterprise networking, focusing on areas such as routing/switching, network security (including NGFW, ZTNA, and IPS/IDS), SD-WAN, cloud networking on platforms like Azure and AWS, automation using Python and Ansible, and network observability. As part of our Network Operations function, you will be crucial in enhancing, securing, and streamlining our enterprise network infrastructure. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage day-to-day network operations encompassing routing, switching, WLAN, SD-WAN, and various network security measures including NGFW, IPS/IDS, VPN, ZTNA, and segmentation. - Support or lead initiatives focused on cloud networking within Azure and AWS environments. - Drive automation strategies utilizing Python, Ansible, and API-based operations to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload. - Monitor and report network performance with an emphasis on observability and dashboard tools to ensure service assurance and compliance. - Handle vendor ecosystems, technical escalations, and effectively manage stakeholder communications. - For senior professionals: guide distributed and international technical teams, manage supplier and contract negotiations, and implement service management practices adhering to ITIL standards. **Must-Have Qualifications** - Proven experience and expertise in network operations, with a focus on enterprise routing/switching and network security. - Strong experience with cloud networking, particularly on Azure and AWS platforms. - Ability to develop and implement network automations using Python and Ansible. - Certifications such as PCNSE or NSE are highly regarded. - Demonstrated strong vendor and stakeholder management skills. - Familiarity with ITIL practices and processes. **Nice-to-Have** - Networking or security certifications specific to Azure/AWS. - Advanced tooling experience with platforms such as SolarWinds, Splunk, Panorama, FortiManager, Meraki, Cisco ISE, Ekahau, ServiceNow, and Power BI. - Experience leading or working in a global technical team environment.
