Owns the functional discovery and business-facing design for Microsoft 365 Copilot initiatives—translating stakeholder goals into clear requirements, user journeys, and adoption plans that drive real outcomes.

Key Accountabilities

1. Partner with business teams to uncover Copilot opportunities and document end-to-end requirements.
2. Understand current workflows and pinpoint where Copilot can simplify, automate, or improve productivity.
3. Produce functional artefacts such as process flows, feature requirements, acceptance criteria, and user stories.
4. Support rollout readiness through training inputs, enablement materials, and adoption/change activities.
5. Work with architects/developers to ensure the delivered solution maps back to the intended business value.

Skills & Background

1. Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and SharePoint capabilities.
2. Strong BA toolkit: discovery workshops, process mapping, documentation, and user story writing.
3. Confident stakeholder communication across functions and seniority levels.
4. Awareness of governance, compliance, and controls expected in regulated environments.
5. Nice to have: experience creating training content, playbooks, or user documentation.
