We're looking for candidates with 8+ years of experience in Product Control and Financial Control, strong knowledge of Investment Banking products, and hands-on expertise in data analysis (SQL), business process modelling, MI Reporting and Agile delivery. Key Responsibilities: Gather and define business and functional requirements for Finance initiatives Liaise with stakeholders in Finance, Risk, and Treasury Document user stories, workflows, and integration requirements in Agile format CreateGUI mock-ups and visual requirement specs Support development teams and ensure accurate delivery of business outcomes Analyse UAT issues and respond to business/user queries Identify process gaps and recommend improvements Maintain strong collaboration across teams Requirements: Bachelor’s in Finance or related field 8+ years as a Business Analyst or Product Controller Strong experience in Product Control, Financial Control, and sub-ledger accounting Hands-on with SQL, data modelling, and business process modelling Solid knowledge of Investment Banking products and Finance operations Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and SDLC Proven stakeholder management at senior levels Ability to guide junior BAs and promote best practices RTH Y Location pune chennai - U2XDSM
