RTH-Y FSS Role - Cyber metrics analyst Required experience & skills Cyber security foundations: Solid grasp of control domains across CISO standards (e.g., Vulnerability Mgmt, IAM, DLP, Network Security, Crypto) and how metrics tie to controls design/operating effectiveness. Metrics craft: Hands on with KRIs, KCIs, RIs, CIs; can write/parse metric definitions, test the maths, and challenge scope/thresholds; comfortable with MI Portal catalogue/governance constructs. Assurance/audit methods: Controls testing, sampling, reperformance, walkthroughs, exceptions management, and evidence packs. Data & tooling: SQL and Excel at audit level; comfort reviewing Tableau/ETL logic and reading pseudo code/calculation specs. (Many CISO metrics run through Tableau/ETL as per calc specs.)
