Optimal person will not only be able to demonstrate their knowledge and sensitivity to the access needs of people with disabilities, but also their experience and strong command of digital accessibility standards and best practices. Someone who can guide all aspects of creating and delivering training for creating accessible digital products in conformance with accessibility standards. Work with Design and Development team to make and prioritize remediation recommendations. Display knowledge of current and evolving regulations including Section 508, WCAG 2.1 a AA and 2.2 AA, European guidelines and other Accessibility standards. Effectively communicate program execution status, accomplishments and risks to leadership Experience in a hands-on accessibility management role in both web and mobile Experience managing the career growth of a medium-sized team Ability to provide collaborative direction to other stakeholders including design and development Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, agile environment to prioritize and meet timelines Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to effectively work with all stakeholders and customers to improve business processes and to negotiate priorities. Experience in delivering workflow improvements to existing processes Training and coaching colleagues and clients in one on one, small group, or large forum environments. Experience in all Screen Readers, Accessibility Automation Test Tools and Test process.
