Responsibilities: design performance strategy, build/maintain LoadRunner Enterprise/OpenText EPE suites, create baselines, author day-in-the-life and workstream load scripts, execute capacity/stress tests, analyze results, identify root causes, recommend tuning/mitigation. Must demonstrate ownership of end-to-end performance programs, stakeholder communication, and measurable outcomes.
