The role will be responsible for: • Participate on architecture and requirements reviews • Participate in test design and provide support for OAT/NFR activities • Develop complex test plans for critical procedures for backup, fail over, batch, chaos testing • Participate on test execution • Maintain knowledge base by documenting technical knowledge. • Work with the external and internal technical teams to ensure efficient resolution of all system issues. • Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure new functionality, processes and systems are fully understood • Provide SME support to more junior members of the team. • Participate on planning, design, management, execution, and reporting of tests using appropriate testing tools and techniques. Required Technical and Professional Expertise • Good communication, English reading and writing skills • Problem-solving thinking; Willing to learn, able to work under pressure and constantly accept new challenges • Good Architectural knowledge around App servers, DB Servers, Middleware • Good knowledge in virtualization concept (VMware experience) • Software development skills in Java, python • Backup, restore testing, failover, fail back testing • Expertise in system monitoring and alerting • Proven knowledge of Testing manual/functional testing processes, methodology, defect management and defect life cycle - IBMFG2JP00011180
