Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and ensure test coverage. Identify, document, and track bugs and performance issues using tools like JIRA Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. Must-Have Skills Hands-on expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris). Strong experience in manual testing of e-commerce platforms. Familiarity with test automation tools like Selenium, QTP, or Cypress. Understanding of API testing using Postman or similar tools. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Preferred Skills Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration. Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
