The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust automation solutions for a diverse technology stack including mobile applications (iOS, Android), web applications built with ReactJS, microservices in Node.js, integration with MuleSoft, Salesforce (CRM), and various third-party cloud solutions. Responsibilities: 1. Lead the design and development of an automated testing framework using industry-standard tools such as Appium, Selenium, Serenity BDD, Cucumber, and RestAssured. 2. Oversee the creation and execution of automated test scripts for both mobile and web applications. 3. Implement test automation framework or use existing framework for test automation related to mulesoft APIs, salesforce APX APIs, salesforce LWC component or other third-party vendor APIs. 4. Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the automation suite, including performance tuning, memory management and scalability considerations. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to understand system requirements and design suitable test strategies. 6. Stay updated with the latest trends ( e.g implementation of GenAI in Testing) and advancements in automation testing and advocate for their adoption. 7. Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing knowledge, and best practices in test automation. 8. Work closely with the DevOps team to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (GitLab pipeline) 9. Required Skills and Qualifications: 1. Proven experience as a Test Automation or similar role, preferably in a banking or financial services sector. 2. Extensive knowledge of automation testing tools: Appium, Selenium, Serenity BDD, Cucumber, and RestAssured. 3. Solid understanding of mobile (iOS, Android) and web application principles. 4. Strong experience in testing microservices. 5. Familiarity with MuleSoft and Salesforce integration testing. 6. Experience in integrating with and testing third-party cloud solutions. 7. Excellent understanding of software testing methodologies, including Agile (preferably Scaled Agile framework, SAFe) and DevOps. 8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think algorithmically. 9. Excellent communication and team leadership skills. 10. Excellent coding and debugging skills in Java, with strong understanding of Java OOP concepts applied in automation. 11.
