Description
RTH - Y Sector - Distribution No of Position -1 Detailed JD - 10 + Yrs of Exp, * Experience in deployment of SAP S/4HANA template across multiple countries, including: - Fit-to-Standard workshops, defending the corporate SAP S/4HANA template and minimizing gaps. - GAPs resolution: Change Requests validation and approval. - Design ang Build of localization Change Requests. - Testing (local SIT, UAT). - Training. - Cutover. - Go-Live support. * Experience in managing a team of 10+ consultants. * Experience in managing offshore teams. * Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and persuasion skills. * Hands-on experience using JIRA for project management. * Excellent stakeholder management skills. * Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and deployment methods. * Strong documentation and reporting skills. * Knowledge of finance and supply chain processes. * Abi Note - Resource needs to ready for F2F Intv at IBM location based on account request and Day 1 reporting from DOJ. - IBMFG2JP00015460
