Description
No of Position: 1 ISA Captive RTH-Y Note: 1. This position requires the candidate to work from the office starting from day one. 2. Ensure that you perform basic validation and gauge the interest level of the candidate before uploading their profile to our system. 3. Candidate Band will be count as per their relevant experience. We will not entertain lesser experience profile for higher band. Mode of Interview: Face to Face (Mandatory). **JOB DESCRIPTION** Total Exp: 7 Relevant Exp: 4 Mandatory skill: Workday core Modules, PPT (Payroll processing Testing ), EIB Good to have: Strada Validation and workflows JD: Understanding of build pipelines, software development lifecycle, testing methodologies (Agile/Waterfall), QA terminology, processes and procedures using ATDD and TDD methods Experienced with STLC and Testing Concepts Working experience on Requirement Analysis, Test planning, Test Case Design, Executing functional and Integration cases and Defect reporting. Well experience in working knowledge on HR DATA Platform Knowledge ( it Is mandatory). Work Expertise in PPT (Payroll processing Testing ) Experience with Load EIB with real-time data (Well versed) Well experience in Testing cycles (SIT and UAT) and good exposure with stakeholder management. Good Communication and interpersonal skills. Having SAP HR/HCM payroll integration testing experience Should be proactive and fast learner, self-driven Should go that extra mile in learning new tools and applications.
