The role involves designing, developing, customizing, and supporting Siebel applications to meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities Configure Siebel applications using Siebel Tools (Applet, View, Business Component, Business Object configuration). Develop and maintain Siebel scripts using eScript and/or Siebel VB. Design, implement, and optimize Siebel Workflows and Workflow Policies. Work on Siebel EAI integrations, including: EAI Siebel Adapter EAI Business Services Web Services (Inbound/Outbound) XML/JSON message handling Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning. Support deployments, migrations, and production issues. Collaborate with functional teams, integration teams, and external systems teams. Prepare technical design documents and provide knowledge transfer when required. Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with Siebel Configuration. Proficiency in Siebel Scripting (eScript/VB). Solid experience in Siebel Workflow design and troubleshooting. Experience with Siebel EAI, integrations, and web services.
