Sector - Distribution RTH - Y Detailed JD - Data Integration Specialist (SAP S/4HANA / ECC & DMC); We are seeking a highly skilled Data Integration / Migration Specialist with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, data quality, and cross-functional data operations within a global enterprise environment Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end data integration and migration activities, including data assessment, profiling, quality rule definition, identification of critical data elements (CDEs), and domain determination. Act as the primary point of contact for cross-domain requests related to data alignment, classification, assignments, and usage standards. Establish and govern Finance domain usage standards for critical data elements; review and approve usage requests. Collaborate with business and technical SMEs to define and implement enterprise-wide data governance policies, procedures, and standardization. Lead and manage a team of Enterprise Data Foundation domain stewards, including task planning, progress tracking, and driving cataloging and data quality goals. Ensure proper ingestion, consumption, and stewardship of data across multiple domains, with strong focus on Finance. Work extensively with SAP S/4HANA objects and dependencies, ensuring accurate understanding, traversal, and sequencing of SAP data structures. Oversee data cataloging processes and develop standards for enterprise-wide cataloging tools. Support the operability and functional usage of SAP Data Migration Cockpit (DMC). Apply strong analytical and communication skills to work with global teams and resolve complex data challenges. Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Data Integration Specialist within a global CPG organization. Strong data management background with expertise in data ingestion, usage, data quality, stewardship, and governance. 5+ years of experience handling data across multiple domains, with deep exposure to Finance data and related processes and systems. 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP, with strong knowledge of S/4HANA core functionality, major objects, and standard tables. Solid understanding of SAP object dependencies and generic loading sequences at the S/4 level. Strong knowledge of S/4HANA data structures with the ability to navigate dependencies even without complete object-level detail. Functional understanding of SAP DMC and its operational workflows. Good grasp of Data Quality principles, Data Profiling, and relevant tooling. Experience with ETL tools, preferably SAP Data Services. Strong SQL skills; MS SQL is a plus (as GDQ rule sets run on MS SQL). Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and collaborate with senior business and technical stakeholders. Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
