You will be the technical architect of the data journey, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and performance from initial extraction through to final tenant builds.   ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities End-to-End Execution: Own the full data conversion lifecycle, including data mapping, transformation, loading, and post-load reconciliation. ETL Leadership: Apply a deep understanding of the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) lifecycle to design scalable data pipelines and resolve complex data discrepancies. Tenant Management: Lead the configuration and execution of Tenant Builds, ensuring environments are prepared and optimized for various testing cycles (P0, P1, Gold). Tool Proficiency: Utilize Workday Cloud Loader and Customer Central to manage migrations, track project health, and automate loading processes.
