Sector - Communication RTH- Y Total Years of Experience: 3–8 Years Location: Pan India Relevant Years of Experience: Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in Workday HCM & Compensation Mandatory Skills: Strong functional experience in Workday HCM and Compensation modules Experience in configuration of Compensation plans (Merit, Bonus, Allowances, Stock if applicable) Knowledge of eligibility rules, compensation grades, and salary plans Experience in Workday Business Process Framework (BPF) Requirement gathering and preparation of functional documents (BRD/FSD) Experience in SIT/UAT testing and defect resolution Knowledge of Workday Reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Calculated Fields) Strong stakeholder communication skills Good to Have (Not Mandatory): Workday HCM / Compensation Certification Exposure to Workday Integrations (basic understanding) Experience in global compensation cycles Knowledge of Payroll interfaces Experience in data migration and EIB loads Detailed Job Description: We are looking for a Package Consultant – Workday HCM & Compensation with 3–8 years of overall experience and strong expertise in Workday HCM and Compensation modules. The candidate will be responsible for configuring and supporting Workday HCM & Compensation solutions aligned with business requirements. The role involves gathering requirements, designing functional solutions, configuring compensation structures and cycles, supporting merit and bonus planning processes, and participating in testing activities (SIT/UAT). The consultant will collaborate with HR stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional partners to deliver enhancements and support ongoing operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of compensation processes, salary structures, eligibility frameworks, and business process configuration within Workday.
