The candidate will be responsible for configuring and supporting Workday HCM & Compensation solutions aligned with business requirements. The role involves gathering requirements, designing functional solutions, configuring compensation structures and cycles, supporting merit and bonus planning processes, and participating in testing activities (SIT/UAT). The consultant will collaborate with HR stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional partners to deliver enhancements and support ongoing operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of compensation processes, salary structures, eligibility frameworks, and business process configuration within Workday.
