Should be able to apply consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to configure the system to meet the client's business needs. This involves planning, fit analysis, gathering requirements, configuration, unit testing, rollout, and post-implementation support. Should also be able to fix/resolves configuration and functional defects across various core HCM and core compensation.
