The candidate will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting Workday solutions aligned with client business requirements. The role includes gathering and analyzing requirements, designing functional solutions, configuring compensation plans and cycles, conducting system testing, and supporting go-live activities. The consultant will work closely with HR stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure successful delivery of projects and enhancements. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of compensation processes including merit planning, bonus planning, stock plans (if applicable), and eligibility rules.
