Description
Communication. Candidate with 2-6 years of specialization in implementing and supporting the Workday core HCM and core compensation modules for clients. Should be able to apply consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to configure the system to meet the client's business needs. This involves planning, fit analysis, gathering requirements, configuration, unit testing, rollout, and post-implementation support.
