The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting benefits and compensation solutions aligned with business and HR requirements. The role includes gathering and analyzing requirements, configuring benefit plans and compensation structures, managing open enrollment processes, supporting merit and bonus cycles, and conducting system testing (SIT/UAT). The consultant will work closely with HR stakeholders, payroll teams, integration teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless benefits and compensation administration. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of benefits eligibility, coverage rules, rate calculations, compensation planning processes, and Workday configuration capabilities.
