Sector - Communication RTH - Y Location: Pan India - IBM Presence Total Number of Positions: 1 ?Total Years of Experience: 3–8 Years Relevant Years of Experience: Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in Workday Benefits & Compensation Mandatory Skills: Strong functional experience in Workday Benefits and Compensation modules Experience in configuring benefit plans (Medical, Insurance, Retirement, Leave, etc.) Experience in configuring compensation components (Merit, Bonus, Allowances, Stock Plans if applicable) Knowledge of eligibility rules, plan assignments, coverage types, and rates Experience in Workday Business Process Framework (BPF) Requirement gathering and preparation of functional documents (BRD/FSD) Experience in SIT/UAT testing and defect resolution Knowledge of Workday Reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Calculated Fields) Strong stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills Good to Have (Not Mandatory): Workday Benefits / Compensation Certification Exposure to Workday Integrations (Benefits vendors, Payroll interfaces) Experience in global benefits administration Knowledge of EIB and data migration processes Experience in open enrollment cycle support Detailed Job Description: We are looking for a Package Consultant – Workday Benefits & Compensation with 3–8 years of overall experience and strong expertise in Workday Benefits and Compensation modules. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting benefits and compensation solutions aligned with business and HR requirements. The role includes gathering and analyzing requirements, configuring benefit plans and compensation structures, managing open enrollment processes, supporting merit and bonus cycles, and conducting system testing (SIT/UAT). The consultant will work closely with HR stakeholders, payroll teams, integration teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless benefits and compensation administration. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of benefits eligibility, coverage rules, rate calculations, compensation planning processes, and Workday configuration capabilities.
