Govern the CMS integration layer that serves content to all channels including Mobile Banking and Internet Banking channels through APIs and microservices. Manage all architectural aspects of the HCL DX platform (or equivalent CMS), including containerized deployments, scaling policies, and caching strategies. Optimize CMS performance and content delivery by designing effective caching layers — both in-cluster caching using Red Hat Data Grid and edge caching through Akamai. Define and maintain content delivery patterns, content caching policies, and cache invalidation mechanisms to ensure consistency and real-time synchronization. Collaborate with DevOps and Platform teams to ensure smooth deployment of CMS microservices within the OpenShift environment with appropriate monitoring and observability (Loki/ELK). Lead the technical evaluation and enhancement of CMS capabilities such as personalization, dynamic content rendering, workflow management, and multilingual content handling. Work closely with the front-end and mobile development teams to design optimized content APIs and ensure high-performance content delivery to all client applications. Conduct performance benchmarking, stress testing, and tuning for high-traffic banking workloads across CMS layers and caching nodes. Ensure the CMS meets enterprise-grade security, scalability, and regulatory compliance standards in alignment with banking policies. Troubleshoot and guide the resolution of production issues related to CMS responsiveness, caching synchronization, or content propagation delays. Drive continuous improvement by analysing latency patterns, improving content retrieval architecture, and introducing automation for publishing and rollback.
