*JOB DESCRIPTION** Yrs of exp: 7+ Mandatory Skills: leading and supporting the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay Location: Gurgaon/Any(T1) JD: Job Description: SF-Compensation & Variable Pay Consultant We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules for our diverse client base. This role requires a deep understanding of compensation best practices, strong technical expertise in SuccessFactors, and excellent client-facing communication skills. Role & Responsibilities: Design, Solutioning, Build and Deployment Lead client workshops and gather detailed business requirements related to compensation and variable pay processes. Design and develop comprehensive SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay solutions that align with client business objectives and best practices. Configure and test all aspects of the SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules, including: Compensation plan setup (merit, promotions, adjustments) Eligibility Rules Guidelines and rules Look-up tables Forms and workflows Role-based permissions Variable Pay plan design and configuration (goals, metrics, calculations, payout rules) Integration points with other modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance Management). Set up Rewards & Recognition (monitory & non-monitory awards) Perform system Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Develop training materials and deliver end-user training sessions. Support data migration activities. Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting. Act as a trusted advisor to clients on SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay functionality and best practices. Manage client expectations and project scope effectively. Documentation & Reporting Create detailed functional specifications (Workbooks), design documents, and test scripts. Generate reports and analytics to support compensation decision-making. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 8+ years of experience specifically implementing and configuring SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules. (Specify relevant years, e.g., 3+, 5+, etc.) Proven experience in at least 3 to 5 full lifecycle SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Variable Pay implementations. Strong understanding of compensation principles, processes/practices, and variable pay methodologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships effectively. SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Variable Pay Certification. Experience with other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruitment), given preference - IBMFG2JP00004903
