Detailed JD: We are seeking an experienced UKG (Kronos) and ADP Payroll Consultant to support, and make minor changes to the existing solution deployed cross the organization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in UKG Pro / Kronos Workforce Central or Dimensions and ADP GlobalView / Workforce Now / iHCM solutions, ensuring seamless HR, Time & Attendance, and Payroll integration. 5+ years of experience with UKG (Kronos) (Workforce Central, Workforce Dimensions, or UKG Pro) experience with ADP Payroll (GlobalView, Workforce Now, or iHCM). Hands-on experience with timekeeping configuration, payroll validation, and system integrations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
